Halloween Decorating Contest
This year's contest will be voted on by members of the community on the D-F Town Wide Halloween BooNanza Facebook Page. There is a separate Event page with Home & Business entry forms and voting information. Outdoor decorations only.
All entered locations will have a chance to win each category.
Prizes: Bragging Rights and a spooky trophy.
We will be making a map of all area decorated houses for people to see on Saturday October 29th! It will be posted on the D-F Town Wide Halloween BooNanza Facebook Page.

Thursday, October 20th
6 PM Theresa Sneed, who is also giving a talk at the Center Theatre, will be at the Thompson Free Library to talk about and sign her books, theresasneed.com, especially her Salem Witch Haunt series. (Adult Themed) 186 E. Main St.
Saturday, October 22nd
7:30-8 AM PRYMCA Zombie 3K Run For Your Lives! Run from the Zombies as they try to steal your Flags! You can only survive if you still have at least one flag at the end of the race; if you lose all your flags, you will be infected and quarantined! Pre-register by calling 207-564-7111. Day of Registration begins at 7:30 AM, Race Starts at 8 AM.

6 PM Thompson Free Library Maine Monster Tales w/ Chris Packard.
Chris' book Mythical Creatures of Maine chronicles tales of legendary monsters from around the state and Chris will be here to highlight some of the spookiest and terrifying things he has found in his research.
